Getting started
Create account
Sign up with your email and a secure password. Enter your first and last name as they appear on your ID. Add a display name. Use your real name by default or your business name if you prefer to present as a business.
Verify email
We send a short email code at first sign in. Enter that code to confirm your account. You can browse listings after email verification.
Verify phone to claim
To claim listings you must verify your phone number. Go to Profile and tap Verify Phone. We send a six digit SMS code. Enter the code to confirm.
Verify STH to sell
If you are a season ticket holder and want to sell, open the menu and select Verify STH Status. Complete the form and upload proof of ownership including your individual seat listings.
Find tickets
Browse by game, section, row, and price. Use filters and sorting to move fast on new listings.
Claim and coordinate
Tap Claim to connect with the seller. Both parties receive an email with contact details to complete payment and transfer.
Buying tickets
How claiming works
- Seller posts a listing on iTIX NOW.
- Buyer opens the listing, reviews details, and taps Claim.
- Seller receives buyer contact details by email.
- Buyer and seller coordinate payment by email, text, or WhatsApp.
- After funds clear, seller marks the listing as Sold in iTIX NOW.
- When marked Sold the entry is complete and can no longer be edited or canceled.
- Seller transfers tickets to the buyer using SeatGeek. iTIX NOW never handles barcodes.

Your profile information
- First name and last name are your legal names for account records.
- Display name is what other users see. Use your real name or your business name if you operate as a business.
- Contact details are shared with the other party after a claim for coordination.

- Use traceable electronic payments. Avoid cash or gift cards.
- Confirm seller identity and SeatGeek account details before sending funds.
- Sellers should transfer only after funds are received and cleared.
- Save screenshots and message history until entry is confirmed.
Platform role
iTIX NOW connects buyers and verified sellers. We do not collect, hold, or transmit money and we do not provide escrow.
Disputes
Work directly with the other party first. If that fails, email support with your order number and a short summary. We can review platform messages and may limit accounts that break rules. We cannot reverse payments.
