iTIX NOW – Terms of Service

Welcome to iTIX NOW, a trusted fan-to-fan ticket marketplace created by verified season ticket holders for verified season ticket holders. By accessing or using our platform (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using iTIX NOW.

1. Overview

iTIX NOW ("we," "our," "us") operates an online marketplace where verified season ticket holders ("Sellers") can list, and verified community members ("Buyers") can purchase, tickets and parking passes to sporting and entertainment events.

Our goal is to provide a safe, transparent, and affordable alternative to mainstream ticket resale sites.

2. Eligibility

To use iTIX NOW, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Create an account using accurate, up-to-date personal information
• Complete the verification process to confirm that you are a legitimate ticket holder

We reserve the right to deny, revoke, or suspend access at any time for any reason, including suspected fraud or violation of these Terms.

3. Verification

All Sellers must undergo verification by submitting required documentation proving ownership of season tickets or related rights.

• Verified Sellers are granted access to list tickets and parking passes
• New users may request verification by submitting required proof; approval or denial is at our sole discretion
• Any misuse of the verification system, falsified documentation, or fraudulent claims will result in permanent removal from the platform

4. Listings

Sellers are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of listing details (section, row, seat numbers, pricing, etc.)
• Transferring tickets or passes directly to the Buyer after confirmation
• Marking listings as "Sold" once a transaction is complete

Listings not completed by the event start time may be automatically removed.

5. Transactions

iTIX NOW does not process or hold payments. Buyers and Sellers complete payment transactions directly through mutually agreed methods (e.g., Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, etc.).

• Sellers must not mark a ticket as sold until payment is received in full
• Buyers must send payment only after claiming a listing through the platform
• Any disputes regarding payment or ticket delivery are the sole responsibility of the Buyer and Seller

iTIX NOW is not responsible for payment disputes, failed transfers, or unfulfilled listings.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

All sales are final once a Buyer claims a listing.

Event cancellations or reschedules are governed by the original event organizer's refund policy (e.g., NHL, Ticketmaster, SeatGeek).

Sellers and Buyers are expected to communicate promptly if an event is canceled, postponed, or tickets become invalid.

7. Platform Conduct

By using iTIX NOW, you agree to:

• Communicate respectfully and truthfully with all other users
• Avoid harassment, threats, or misuse of private contact information
• Not use the platform for scalping, bulk resales, or unlawful activity

Any violation of these standards may result in suspension or permanent removal.

8. Fees

iTIX NOW currently operates with no platform fees for verified users.

We reserve the right to introduce subscription models or small service fees in the future, with prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

iTIX NOW acts only as a community-driven marketplace connecting verified fans.

We are not responsible for:

• The accuracy of user-provided listings
• Payment processing or disputes
• Delivery or transfer of tickets
• Event cancellations or changes

You use the Service entirely at your own risk.

10. Intellectual Property

All iTIX NOW logos, branding, and content are owned by iTIX NOW, LLC. You may not use or reproduce any trademarks, images, or design elements without written permission.

iTIX NOW is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Florida Panthers, NHL, NBA, NFL, MLS, MLB, SeatGeek, Ticketmaster, StubHub, or any professional sports team or ticketing platform.

All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

12. Privacy

We collect and store only the information necessary to operate the platform, verify users, and maintain community integrity.
